I just wanted to share my experience with Falcon's customer service.  It far exceeded my expectations.  I broke a Falcon a couple weeks ago so I sent an email inquiry to the customer service dept. They responded within a few hours and helped me to get everything that was needed to process my warranty request together.  The next day I shipped my rod and $10 s&h to Falcon and within 10 days I had a brand new rod.  Well done!  They gained a lifetime customer in me.

Thanks for sharing with us.  CS is an important consideration.  I have a Quantum Cabo baitcasting rod that broke on me and they told me to take it to this local dealer and they would handle it.  That was November and I still don't have a new rod!  

I was talking to a customer the other day about falcon rods.  He told me that he had one that needed warranty repair, but falcon told him it would be 10-12 weeks to return his rod.  Interesting.

 Lots of manufacturors do this what i have found is they say this to cover there self .9 out of 10 times i have had them say this to me and get w-e i sent to them in 3 or 4 days ..
