I have six breaks on the inside of my Citica and when I put some of them up they fall down again. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just messed up? Thanks

    Do they fall all the way back down or only a little?  They are supposed to be free floating.

    You have to pull them up until the rim that sticks out the side clicks between the two points on the side of each brake.  Hard to explain without pictures, but you will feel it click over the point on the side when you get it up enough.
