I am looking for feedback as to how you guys who have a G Loomis Crankbait rod like it?  I am particularly interested in the 7'6" Medium or Medium Heavy model.  This rod would be used for deep crankbaits and rattle traps.  Thanks in advance for you opinion.

I haven't used the long cbr's, but I would definitely go with the 5 or 6 power...the medium will be too light for those bigger deep runners.  I own an 843 and 845, but am looking hard at the 906 myself.

I am a huge G.Loomis fan, no doubt, but for this specific application I suggest taking a look at the Lamiglas SR705R.
