    Rake leaves, walk dogs, or do odd jobs for the elderly.  That's how I did it when I was your age.

    Yeah i bought a lawnmower at a yardsale at 11, and started my own little grass cutting business around the neighborhood.  I only had like 2 or 3 regular customers, but i got a lot of business when people would be out of town for a week.  You live in Michigan, what about shoveling snow.
