i always use hockey grip tape on the lower cork end of my rods and was looking through a catolog and seen grip tape made just for rods. i just wanted to know how good that works and just wanted people to know that an inexpensive way to to the same thing is using hockey tape.

also in the catalog i seen grips that go over your reel handles and was just wondering how good they do.

You can use the wrap for temmis racket also.  same thing  I personal don't like the reel handle grips.

I use the BPS rod wraps.  I buy the XL and can do 2 rods with it.  I use it as much for identification as anything else.
