Does anyone know a good source to get some screw-lock wide gap hooks in bulk?  I'd like to find both weighted and unweighted versions as well.

    Thanks all.  Looks like I can put together my own.

    Question though...Does anyone know where I can get the hooks with the small 1/16 and 1/8 sliding weight on the shank?
