Soare/ Soare 30 Japan model is the tuned up version of Shimano Twin Power MG reels, specialized on finesse fishing. Soare is fine for saltwater fishing.

The body is Twin Power Mg; the magnesium-based alloy body gives the reel very rigid feeling and the ultra smoothness in operation. All ball bearings are ARB, corrosion-resistant.

$300 and you don't even get a spare spool.  If it had a spare spool I would probably order a dozen or zero!  Plus it weighs nearly as much as a real reel.

And practical, too!  I have been looking all over for a reel that will take 3 lb test line!   ;D

I have a Stella 1000FB with similar specs. I use it on a GLX DSR820 droposhot rod for dropshotting and shakey head fishing. I like it so much because I know that if a 5lb+ bass takes my bait, I can still get him in the boat. JMHO
