Greetings all,

I'm looking to put together a good dropshot combo.

Rod:

Fenwick's new Elite Tech rods, mainly the ESDS67M-XF model.

Reel:

Shimano Stradic

Not sure which model I should go with.

2500 or 3000

Stradic-Fi or Stradic- MgFB

Any thought's and feedback would be great.

    I don't know anything about the rod, but the new Stradic 2500FI has incorporated many of the features that were previously only available on the Stella. I think the 2500 series is the ideal size for bass fishing.
