I've bought a couple of Lucky Craft Pointer 100s. I wanted to know if I should use mono or Fluorocarbon? What size line?

    I use 10lb flurocarbon with my pointers.  They get a little deeper than mono and fluro is more sensitive. A great combination for suspending jerkbaits.

    most people seem to use fluoro now to get them to run a little deeper.  Mono has more stretch though which is good to keep the treble hooks from ripping out.  If your going to use fluoro I would suggest a med action rod.
