Magnetic brake dial

On the side of my new Revo SX is a dial.  I believe it has to due with the magnetic breaks.  What is a good adjustment for it if I am going to be flipping and pitching.  A short quick explanation of what it is would be great to.  Thanks

    Start with it close to "MAX" and adjust down when you are experimenting on the water.
