hey i just bought a johnny morris jmp10h baitcaster and not familiar with magnets, more familiar with centrifical, didn't come with manual, how do i set them ?

Set the mags to 0 (zero), then set the lure fall rate (cast Control) then reset your mags accordingly with test cast. Basically the same way you should set the centrificale.
