I wanna buy a new rod and reel combo but dont want to spend a fortune. These are the rod brands Shimano, J. Miles custom rods, Joe Burton custom rods,allstar,or E21 or bassproshops. The reels are bassproshops or abugarcia. I want to get a carolina rod/football jig/heavy worm and a finese rod for dropshot. Maybe a tube rod.

these 2 rods are unbelivable the only difference between the two is the elite has recoil guides and the other one has fugi guides

you will be extremely happy w/ either one

as far as a reel goes a pfleuger supreme for 100 bucks can't go wrong

PS my buddy just sent back a e21 carrot stick because the reel seat wouldn't hold the reel tight.

been dieing to try that Johnny moris spinin rod out and hard to pass up that kind of deal

but bait monkey has been getting to me to much this year even before spring

i have 3 loomis rods and the johnny morris are very high quality extremely lite and sensitive, not to far from the loomis imx that i have.

I am getting a J.Miles Custom It is 100 dollars to get it and It can be any length and me and him will meet and talk it over thanks for yalls input

I'd look at a Falcon, All Star, or Bass Pro Extreme or Pro Qualifier rod and an Abu Garcia STX reel for around that price.  Hard to beat.
