info on a shimano calyx...

Featured Replies

my buddy stopped by today to show me what he found at the boat launch...a shimano calyx cyx100a.

ive never heard of them, it looks like a cheaper model but very useable. it looks like its never had line on it, just a small scratch were it bounced from the boat/truck to the grass.

anyone know anything about them?

he did leave a note on the post saying "found your reel" with his phone no.

Tight Lines!!!!!

that's one hell of an answer

Ill sell mine for 70$ shipped brand new only used one time, no box or papers but not a scratch on it

I bought one that is brand new but does not have a box.  I have it as an extra reel and it might even be spooled with line.  It retailed for $79 but will sell it for $50 SHIPPED since I have so many darn reels already.  If interested, please PM me.  Thank you.
