I recently got into fishing for bass and joined up in a local bass club.  I was just wondering if any of you guys could give me some input?  I'm looking to get a 7'6" telescopic flipping stick and I've got a list of few rods I'm interested in.  here they are: 7'6 Heavy Falcon Lowrider XG, 7'6 Ex/Hvy Kistler Graphite Plus,  7'6 MH ST. Croix Avid. Just wondering if any of you have used these and what you think of them? Also I'm opend to other sugestions albiet they're made in America and around or under $200 (Just figure I should support our Country and NOT China  )

AFAIK, the Kistler is made in China.  

Don't worry about it's country of manufacture.  Get what you like.

Lol if your looking for just amercia your missing out, but I can only reccomend the 7' 6'' light and tough flipping stick

:Chuckles:  Well I figured it would be a good Idea to stick with an american made rod, but if they're are far better rods out there then I might want re think that Idea  I thought all the Kistler rods where made in the US? (I was told that atleast.) I have a couple ST. Croix Fly rods and really like them, but if there's a better rod for the money so be it.  The light and tough is a Daiwa rod Correct?

I own a few Avids and have fished a friend's Graphite Plus several times. I like the Avid alot better, IMHO it is alot more sensitive. It's more expensive, but I think it is worth the extra money.

 Balances PERFECTLY with a Revo.  Lot of other flipping sticks are tip heavy, these are PERFECT.

My advice, handle as many flippin sticks as you can. If it feels good in your hands (with a reel on, that's important!) and it's a known brand, you can afford it, then buy it!

So often a flippin stick will wear you out! If one feels good in your hand it's less likely to fatigue you.
