click on the link he gave you. then u click on the picture of the rebate. in your browser on the end itll save -20rebate or something then u shop and spend more than 100 bucks im pretty sure.

Yeah I ordered last night and I called this morning and she said it was too late and that my package already had a tracking number....except 10 hours later and I still dont have a tracking number  :

I clicked the link and then shopped, and it said i will get 20 dollars off at the beginning of the checkout, but it never took the 20 off after I submitted the order.

Definitely call them and insist for the 20 bucks off.  Could be a problem with the website.

I found out about it on here the other day and signed up before making my order, and called to ask if they would credit my account with my previous orders and they said yes. Today they credited the 2 previous orders I'd made, but not my most recent. I cant for the life of me figure out how many points you get per dollar...it looks like it might be AROUND 2 points per dollar, and redeems at 2 cents per point?

I just got this thing in the mail and it doesnt say its a coupon it says its a $20 gift card they give you with a purchase of $100 or more excluding taxes and S&H

I never saw the $20 credited during checkout. When it came time to "Confirm order" I decided to back out. I called and ordered over the phone. One thing I love about BPS is that there are real human beings on the other end, not "press 1 for items beginning with r" or whatever. Anyway, my AC66MF is on the way! Thanks to the advice from the Forum, RW, w2wfarmer, and others.

i use BPS' rewards point already got up to $20 on  my card now just this year... it adds up FAST if you buy BPS' branded items.....

i just placed an order for $54 worth of merchandise and the $10 never showed up so i called an agent and she told me it won't show up during the order but that it will be deducted so i went ahead and placed the order.

anyway, three hours later, i received an email order update. as has been the case lately, several items from their clearance section were no longer available (even though their website still shows them as in stock), knocking my order below the $50 threshold. so i live chat with a rep so i can add a few items to my order to bring it back up over $50 again. as it turns out, the order is already too far along to make any changes to it so i don't get the $10 off. even moreso, if you use a gift card (like i did), your order doesn't qualify! > i complained that this isn't fair since you cannot see whether you get the discount or not during the ordering process which would have given me the option of either changing or cancelling my order. the agent goes on to tell me that IF I HAD DONE IT RIGHT, THE DISCOUNT WOULD HAVE SHOWN UP ON MY LAST CHECKOUT PAGE. she also told me that none of their clearance items are inventoried in real time and are subject to prior sale.

morals of my story:

1) be careful ordering anything from their clearance section...assume what you're ordering is NOT in stock

2) if you don't see an expected discount while you're checking out, don't submit it

3) if you use a gift card, you don't get any discounts

and, for me,

4) never order from BPS again...i've had it > this is the third time i've had an unexpected issue pop up with my order in 2008 alone. enough is enough

I got one of those Save $10 cards in the mail as well as a free standard shipping card.  Going to try to use both a bit later tonight.  Tried to use them online but I didn't see them working via the website.

One would think that a company like BPS could eliminate their cranial-rectal inversion when it comes to their website.
