Super light rod suggestions (baitcasting)

I've got a new reel on the way and I'd like to put it on a super light (weight) rod, anyone have any suggestions? I don't want to pay more than $100 for the rod (plus shipping) so please keep that in mind when suggesting...

I've already got a Carrot stick with a revo on it but I want a suggestion of something a little cheaper and almost as light, there has to be something close, I know the e21 are the lightest things out there... any particular suggestions?

you could look at a g-blanks. I don't have one but I have heard good things, and they are supposed to be really light. I think they are in the $120 range.
