The time has come to upgrade my general purpose spinning rod.  I use it to fish plastics exclusively Senko's, Ika's, curly tail jigs etc.

Which would you choose and more importantly why?

Well, I don't have the specific rod, but my dedicated soft plastics rig is a St. Croix ES70MF. I have a Techna AV AVS70MM which is very nice, but not the rod you need for your purpose. I'm sure you will be pleased with any three of the rods on your list.

I have the Avid in 66MF and it's a great 'all around' spinning rod. I have not fished, or even held the other two on your list but you cannot go wrong with St. Croix. I also have the 68MXF in the Legend Tournament which is a great 'finesse' rod. I know they also make this rod in the Avid series. Good luck with your selection, it's always fun buying new rods!  

I dont think you can make a bad choice out of those 3.
