Toray Line

Featured Replies

Hello,

This summer I have purchased some Toray line(polyamide) off an internet site. This Japaneese line seems to be very good. I have been using it on my Carolina rigs. I also have used it on my shaky head rod. Can anyone give me any personsal feed back on this Japaneese nylon line. I understand that it is fairly new in the US. thanks

I 've fished with several Toray lines, nylon ( Ninja ) and fluoro ( Super Hard Strong ), only problem with them has always been the danged friggin ' lack of supply when I 'm out of line >;), so back to the old trusty always available Trilene XL, XT and Big Game, that lack of a reliable supply of japanese lines has made me turn away from them. Other than that they are really good products.

I've read in several places that Toray makes BPS' XPS flourocarbon.

Correct.  I use the BPS flouro and it is one of my favorites.  Very user-friendly for flouro.
