Picked up a Bass Pro Shops Pro Qualifier PQ1000XPS on Ebay recently and didnt notice in the pics on the auction that the reel spool tension knob is missing.

Anyone know where I can get a replacement?

    Call 1-417-887-7334 ask for the rod and reel repair counter in the catalog outlet.  Ask for Bob.  If anyone has one he will be the guy.

    Ive called the number several times and everytime I get an lady who transfers me to the rod and reel repair section,only to find out that noone is available at that extension.

    Call (417)873-5274 That is Outdoor World rod and reel repair. It i s part of BPS and I have allways had good luck with them
