I am about to purchase a powell max casting for my t-rigs,shaky heads, and light jigs ... i heard that powell's ratings were not quick as stiff as others so i am wondering if i should go with the 703(MH) or 704(H)... thanks

I have fished the 704 and that is the ticket for casting jigs and t-rigs of most size.

My Powell is used for top water / spinning / cranking and it it works great!

I use the 703 for 1/2 oz or less jigs and 1/4 oz or less t-rigs.  I also use it for senkos and flukes.  This rod is really sensitive and has good backbone when fishing the slop.  Anything over 1/2 oz I would go with the 704.
