G Loomis rods........would like an introduction to them

Featured Replies

Hi, just my two cent's worth, I bought a new carrot stick for 149.00,the 6ft9inch mdhvy baitcaster, and for a casting rod it is the most sensitive rod I have other than my fenwick elite tech spinning rod,I also bought a new mossy back g- loomis spinning rod, I have fished with g-loomis rod's for about 20 plus year's,and I have had a few imx's,in my opinion,I can't tell the difference between imx and mossy back as far as letting a 1/8 ounce or 3/16 ounce worm weight with a 6to 7 inch worm on it and feeling it hang up on a leaf piece of grass etc in ten to twenty feet of water, now that's sensitive! Good luck! junebugmn
