They retail from 200 to 220 but Bronzefly has some nice Shimano Cumara's up for sale for 175-185. I have one and love it.  I have a MH 6' 8" extra fast.  My next one will be the MH 7' 2" extra fast.

why the long length does it matter if i were to get a 6'9'' or 7' one?

It's all about what you are comfortable with. I have two rigs that I flip/punch/frog with. One is a 6'10" and the other a 7'3". I used a 7'6" for years but snapped it off this summer, and found that I am more comfortable with a shorter rod. Just go with what feels right, and you'll be ok.
