i have many hours on the Mojo bass rod and IMO both these rods blow it out of the water.

I am not a big fan of the longer length, and higher powerd Mojo's, the 7' H power, fast action is very tip heavy and balances poorly with most of the popular reels available. And the problem just gets worse with the 7'6" and 7'11" rods in that series. But the 7'  MH, Moderate action crankbait rod is fantastic, light, balanced well with most any reel I have put on it. It's actually the opposite of most St Croixs, in that it's a little less powerfull init's rating than marked. I don't like it for really big deep divers like DT16's and such, but for GP cranking it's fantastic.

I was at BPS yesterday and one rod I was really impressed with in that price range was the Falcon Bucoo, I know I will be getting a few soon. I was unimpressed with the W&M Skeet Reese rods as well as the Abu Vendetta's.

Ditto on both those rods. Also add in the Bucoo, and Powell 683C.

Another vote for Falcon Lowrider.

A Lowrider was the first good rod I bought. I wish I would have kept it. It's still a nice rod after all these years (sold it to my sister in law)

I have one of the new XG's I use for hard jerkbaits and wouldn't get rid of it for anything. Length and action are perfect for me.

I just picked up a 4-16 and was very impressed in the casting distance I had.

Also recommend that you look at the St. Croix Premier line.  Superb rods in the $100-$130 price range.

Since he said under 120$ I would vote Bucoo... I'm sorry i love these rods... and they are perfectly balanced and super light and fish like a dream.. very sensitive too

Another vote for the Falcon Lowriders.  I got one this past summer and love it.  Very sensitive.  Thinking about getting another one

Great value rod is the Shimano Clarus line.  About $80 and lifetime warranty (just exchange over the counter at any retailer).  I have one for travel purposes and it blows away some higher end rods with no lifetime warranty.

If you can find em', Lamiglas EXCEL rods are in your price range.  Maybe TW will have them. Made in Washington State and a life time warrantee according to the web site.  No I don't work for Lamiglas. I heard back orders are the norm right now.  The MOJO is a decent rod for the price.
