Just got a new Elite Tech Froggin' Stik and paired it w/ a Revo STX and 30# Berkley Fireline for topwater froggin'. Any opinions on this setup, and can I use it for any other application than topwater? Thanks.

The Elite Techs are excellent rods.  I have a Crankshaft rod and like it very much.  Fenwick did a good job on this line of rods.  Of course, it goes without saying that the STX is excellent as well. 

Your set up may have some cross-over capability.  Big jigs, pitching, big c-rigs, soft swim baits.  Techniques that utilize big single-hook lures.
