Definatley t-rigged and pitched into grass pockets. Probably would bed fish with it too.

Sure they are the HARDNOSED series and wont slip down, but I think there are better choices out there for creatures like the beaver or Zooms Hog series. If you are buying these because they don't slide down the hook just buy what you would normally buy for a creature and put a toothpick through the bait and through the eye of the hook and cut the remaining lumber.

i am w/ tin, there are better choices! if you are worried about your lure sliding down the hook try a parasite worm clip, they work great and they make your beaver or hog last longer, or any soft plastic for that fact. they are sold at any major tackle dealer, bps, gander, etc....

i actually have little interest in the hard nose, ive just been looking at them because its somthing different to try

I don't know man I'd choose a bag of GYCB Kreatures, or Zoom Baby Brush Hogs, or Yum Wooly Hawgtails over these anyday. But I never fished it so I can't truly say how good/bad theyll work. As for how to fish it I'd use it as a flipping bait, and peg it with a bullet weight and flip right into the heavy cover, kinda hop it around a bit like any ol plastic. The other way I'd try fishing it is casting it onto the thick muck and slowly twitching it along the top of that muck. I had amazing results doing that with a Yum Wooly Hawgtail. Good Luck

I like some of Mann's baits and have several in my supply, both hard and plastic.  I fish a lot of plastics and can't say I have a lot of problems with baits sliding down the hook .  Unless of course I've  hawled in several fish.  Then I'll switch to a fresh one.  I don't know that I would make the purchase on the hopes that it will side down my hook less,  But if you just like the bait, try it!

speaking of manns where do you get jelly worms?
