how much are the carbonlite rods?

Doesn't say, I'm guessing since they were on sale when they first came out they won't have them on sale for the classic.

RC's only $12 - darnitt I wanted cheaper.

I just wish the Stacy King jerkbaits had been typical LC quality - I bought a bunch a couple years ago only to find out I had to reweight them to get them to suspend like a Pointer...

Got mine today! PQs are going to be on sale along with the Carbonlite reels. I might have to pick up a carbonlite with it only being 90. ...

I was hoping the PQ and Carbonlite (CL) reels would be on sale; so I'm set - gonna get one of each 8-)

The CarbonLite reel is in the ad for $90, but the rods aren't in at all.  The CL rods are in the current ad though.

actually, its the exact opposite. It is NOT on sale online, but it is in my local store. All you do is call them and say it is on sale in the store, and they will honor the price match. Also, this week is $1 shipping so its the best time to buy it. My local store is the one in Chicago, by the way.

Yeah both those reels are. I think 20 off each? So 80 for PQs and I want to say 70 for Extremes? Something like that.

Theres been several stores and online vendors doing 20 percent off on alot of stuff lately so hopefully BPS will have some better discounts. Too bad they dont carry alot of the cool japanese tackle. I wonder if they will have the new stradic ci4 on sale ? And what about the steez sha's. Would love to get a high speed steez for 20 percent off. Altho by the time I pay sales tax it might be a better idea to wait for TW to have 20 percent off since I wouldnt have to pay sales tax or shipping .

I can guarantee the Stradic CI4 won't be on sale, but I'm going to trade in a reel and at least then I'll get I think 40 off. So that's pretty solid. Plus it's probably going to be a while before tackelwarehouse has another 20% off.

They do have a Japanese reel in the ad.  The Daiwa Bradia for $149.99 looks to be the JDM version of the Certate.  I found it on Japan Tackle... was $340 now $290 on their site.

Thanks for posting those pics up snoopy. 25 percent off on zoom is real good. I'll have to stock up on brush hogs. That Daiwa Bradia is a real good deal too, I might have to get a few of those too.

There IS a ProQualifier BC reel on sale - but it's not the regular production model, but a limited run, light-weight (7.1 oz vs. standard 8.8 oz). The gear ratio isn't specified but I'd bet it's 6.4 or 7.1. It's probably a very nice reel (duralumin gears) but some of us were hoping the new PQ low-ratio (4.7 & 5.2) reels would be on sale...
