Featured Replies

Was wonder what a good combo is in a medium medium/heavy,  Looking to spend about 150 all together.

Hey bro a good easy reel to start out with is a Daiwa® Procaster® Tournament PT100-6Bi Baitcast Reel they are 69 bucks at bass pro and for a rod...a quantam kvd sig rod it is 59 bucks on sale usually 80..that would get you a nice setup for 130 enough for some line and some baits later on

If you have gander mt nearby they have a killer sale on some great reels...I got the daiwa exceler baitcast( my first) and a gander mt elite for 79.99 0n sale from 139.00 check them out too. The other post makes a good point about baits as if you've been on spinning alot of your current baits may be a tad light to throw.

fenwick HMG w/citica

i think i heard the HMGs are on sale for 60 or so...

if im lieing, get a citica combo from bps or cabelas
