I agree. Call them up and order the piece you need.

But, If for whatever reason you can't do this, try going somewhere like Fastenal that will stock many different kinds of nuts and bolts. Its going to be a left hand thread, which is why you can't find one more than likely. But any respectable fastener store will have left hand thread nuts in nearly any size and thread pitch.

But you probably don't have the schematic for the reel, so here are the parts you need depending on the actual model you have....

Check the underside of the reel foot for the right series 08-00 or 08-01
