Who owns one and what do you think?

I have the 7'2" XH XF rod and i like it. I use it down here in the super thick grass with either a frog or a big T-rigged worm.. It is a little on the heavy side but it has a ton of power. It works great for what im using it for

They're big, heavy, clumsy, and unbalanced...I'd suggest you look at another rod unless you need a broomstick.

Actually I do. I fish a local impound here that has tons of hydrilla & milfoil. Any given day you can catch a 5+ lber and have another 5lbs of slop. Currently I have a couple of Johnny Morris Elite 7' Med Hvy. They work fine most of the time but occasionally I get a fish that's controlling me instead of vice versa. That's never a good feeling in a tournament.

The American Rodsmith's Denny Brauer Wreckin Stix look sweet but I've can't find one locally to hold. I have a hard time dropping $180 on a rod I've never held.

A buddy has a wreckin stick, I wouldn't advise buying one, they are ok but I have found better for less.  When comparing his 7'6''H Wrecking Stick to my 705 or 766 Powell for his intended purposes, carolina rigging and flipping, the Powell wins out everytime for being lighter, better balanced, more powerful for the 766, and cheaper all around.

The Nitro is truely a rod to "horse" a fish out of cover, plenty of power for that.

I was thinking about getting me one when i heard of their size and power. I wanted it for catfishing.
