this reel is a spitting image of the pflueger president. i liked everything about the reel with a problem. the thing as a whole felt sluggish.i opened the reel up to find the thing was packed full of grease.

after a quick bath and a proper lube the thing works like a million bucks.

hes put 3 rods/reels on the bottom of the lake. im not about to buy the kid good Daiwa gear.

Isn't this one of the BPS reels that are made from carbon fiber?

what i was told is the frame is copied from pflueger, then stuffed with BPS parts. i think the frame is aluminum though...
