I was thinking of purchasing this reel. I was wondering if anyone can tell me what are the differences between it and the curado 200e. Or is it the JDM version of a different reel? Thanks for any input.

    the 1500 is similar to the 200e, the 1000 looks to be closer to a core, and a core for that price is nice.

    The Scorpion 1500XT is the JDM equivalent to the Curado 200E, and the 1000XT is equivalent to a 100 size Curado, which will probably be released at ICAST.
