what to set brakes on

hello everyone

my new shimano curado came in today, and i love it! but i was wondering what the best or normal way to set the brake weights on it.

Open the side plate and place every other brake up. One up the next down all the way around and it should work fine for you.

X2  as you get more comfy with the reel, eliminate 2 brakes, but set your spool tension just a wee bit tighter, loosen it when you feel you can cast w/o any overruns toward the end of a cast.

The brakes control overruns at the begining of a cast.
