So yesterday my 3 month old Sahara started to sieze up and grind.  I'm fed up with it and am going to get a Pflueger Supreme or Supreme XT. 

   My question is which size should I get?

   The 30 (7.4oz. 6lb/160yds) or the 35 (8.8oz.  8lb/200yds).  My Sahara was a 2500/3000 size (switched between spools).  My gut is telling me 35. 

This set up is/will be used for senkos, tubes, D-Shot, and River Smallies.

I would say a 30 would be fine.  Personally, I would take the standard supreme over the XT.  If nothing else, for aesthetics alone, the xt is ugly.

The 30 is all you'll need.

I have both the 30 & 35, the 30 is good for bass.  I use my 35 for saltwater, which I do not recommend.  The reg supreme is fine for fresh water use.  Personally

I 'd jump up to a soron 20, better reel than the supreme, I own that as well.
