I am trying to find a good spinning rod for less than $50.

i was recently checking out the rods at meijers and i found a Shimano Stimula for $20. has anyone ever used this rod? Is the rod junk since it is only $20?

i was thinking of getting it since my other cranking rod is a Shimano Crucial. trying to stick to Shimano.

im also looking for a good light rod under the same price as well.

I say get a Berkley Lightning Rod. The best rod under $50 IMHO.

Next to that look at the Gander Mountain rods alot are under $50 and my dad catches fish with them so...
