I have the Viento and absolutely love it. It is not as smooth or easy casting as the Sol. By no means is it rough or hard casting either. I found this reel to be great for working jigs. I actually don't use the Twitchin' Bar very much at all so I can't really tell you if it helps working a bait. I played with it in the beginning but didn't really care for it. For the money it is a steal no doubt about that.

I have one, not a bad reel for what - $89 at TW?  For a reel in that price range it's a good deal.  The twitching bar is something I do not use, but it doesn't get in the way so it doesn't effect the reel's functionality.

I got mine for Christmas for $89 as well.  I really like it.  I actually do use the twitchin bar when I am flippin a jig or whatever.  Very smooth in my opinion.  I think if I had to pay regualr price I would go with something else but for $89 bucks it is a steal.

For 90 dollars don 't know what you are waiting for, screw the Twitchin Bar feature, that doesn 't matter, it 's a heck of a reel for that price.

For the original price I would have never bothered with it, but for 90$ I think its a good reel.  Twitchin bar seems to be in the way for me.  I'm going to try and take it off before season.  I haven't got to fish it yet, but casting around the yard its definately worth 90$ and definately not worth 210.  lol

I have two Vientos and would buy more if I had the cash. I love mine. Twitchin' Bar is OK, I use it when jerkbaiting in cold water. Sometimes when worm fishing, but not often. It does not get in the way, and does not seem cheap or weak to me.

I waited too long to order. They sold out. I wonder how many BR members bought one. Well let me know how you like them.

My sweetie just gave me one for my birthday. Out of the box, it feels nice. Smooth and quiet, just like I like"em. I'm thinking about putting it on my jerkbait rod.
