Oops, I guess i got a little ahead of myself. That weekend is my wifes b-day, so i know with out a shadow of a doubt i cant be there. Unless i want a divorce that is.

I really appreciate the offer. I do have a boat but would still take you up at the opportunity to fish with you off the back of yours. That would be a good way to get acquanted and pick up on some techniques! Split the gas bill with ya and we are set as far as I am concerned.

I read some of your posts and I may have met you before if you fished any of the fort polk tournaments last year. I saw you won the fall open. I wanted to fish it but had a wedding to attend in Houston that day.

Sorry I am going to back out of the Nov 6 get together.  The wife had surgery earlier this month and will not be fully recovered in time to fish November 6th.  I thought she might have been fully recovered but the doc says otherwise.  No complications, just taking a while to get back up to speed.

Hope to see all of you at the next Toledo Bend get together.

Well I'm up in the air to. My mother is hospitalized and not doing well. It's a little touch and go right now with her.

I should be able to drive in that Saturday morning. Also will probably have a friend.  I used the public launch Texas side just past the dam on Monday, I was looking for Fin&Feathers but got a little turned around and came across this launch. However I am up for any launch site.

Im up the air on this trip.  I wanna go, but my boat is gettin fixed.  The Fuel pump went out, so its not hard work, just waiting for the part to come in.  Also, it depends on if I kill a deer between now and then!!

Well I'm positive I'm out now. Spoke with the doctor and as of next friday, my mother will be in my home, picking her up on next wednesday. Could be a week, month, or until the end. I must be here for her, she was for me.

I was hoping to have this get together on Oct. 30 ,but thats the way it goes. I go back to work on Nov. 6. I'll try to make the next one. Still would like to meet all of you.

What time are y'all getting together and where? I have to go to Leesville and drop off a Penske rental truck that morning, but would sure like to meet you guys.
