No matter what anyone tells you, there are absolutely no fish in Ontario.

Near the Ontario/Manitoba/Minnesota border

Rainy Lake just past the International Falls border crossing would fill your bill.  Bit of a haul from Ohio, but you're young.  ;)  Sorry don't know any lodges or guides though.

Quetico is also nice, cheaper too, but you'll have to canoe camp and haul all your gear.

On the other side of the province, and in my neck of the woods, I can recommend the K/O lodge in Deep River, Ontario.  Definitely can go for smallies and eyes.  Pike of any size you'd need to come in late May/early June.
