Fishing OTTAWA river?

Featured Replies

Hi,

My fishing buddy and I are thinking about a trip to Ottawa river in Onterio.

Has anyone been up that way near Deep River area?

Just trying to find some info.

Your help would be apprec.

Thanks

Paul

Nevermind Ottawa..... Come to quebec.... You could fish the st-lawrence on the lac st-louis side and then go to lake st-francois. Lake st-francois has the canadian record for a tournament bag of bass. 30.35 was caught by charles simm and nigel touhey last year. This lake is becoming one of the  best destinations for bass in canada and is the host of the Berkley B1 also known as The canadian bass open. That tournament was held last year on lake st-louis. Lake st-louis and lake st-francois are far better than the ottawa river.

I do most of my fishing in that area.  Send me a pm and I'll try to help you out.
