Do these guys answer their emails?(i emailed twice now) I'm having some problems,waited 2 weeks for my lures and i guess the money i pay pal to them hasn't gotten through.Nobody is emailing me telling me what's going on.

Can somebody direct me to a email account that they answer back?

I'm really just about to cancel the order and take it somewhere else..starting to make me mad.  

can u give them a call?  that is wierd,  I ordered some Spinnerbaits and jigs from them last Wed and had my order on Sat.

Keep calling.  I just got my refund today on a reel I returned over a month ago.  My stuff shipped out really fast, but took too many phone calls to get my money back.

They seem pretty hit or miss.

I have never had any problems with them! Just give them a call, they have all ways taken good care of me.

A buddy of mine had a similar experience with them recently.  They did eventually make things right.

i write a bad review of them... my honest opinion of the company, and you guys deleted it???? Just because they pay you to advertise doesnt mean they are good at customer service!

There's a way to word your opinion here that is acceptable and a way that is unacceptable.  You'll notice the other 2 posts where you weren't as rude in your attempt to let everyone know you don't like them,...are still up.

I finally got a hold of them yesterday, explained my situation and they did listen.He apologized for the lateness and said he'll make it up to me.That right there to me is good service,seem to care about their customers.

Seem to be real nice,Although i won't be 100% happy till i receive my order or course.I don't know if it's my post office or what but i'm missing a reel i brought from somebody here as well.been 2 weeks on that as well.
