any one ever fished lake cumberland?

Featured Replies

I will be fishing a tournament on Cumberland this weekend and I am torn on what style I will need to use. I know the lake have little to no vegitation and most of the fish are holding to about 25-40ft of water. anyone have any suggestions?

do a search, I know a guy posted about a month ago asking the same thing, said he was about fish a tourney there...may want to see if you can find that.

Best thing for stripers is live shad, on a hook.  We used to set up one of floating lights at night.  After about 30 min, you could tye on a treble hook,  snag one, and let it roll.

i don't have any suggestions but please let me know how you do. I'll be up there for a three day national tourny April 3-5. good luck!
