Anyone fish Monroe? How is it?

Flooded as hell.

I talked to a buddy who fished it last week and said the bite was tough.  He also said there were kids swimming on a basketball court over at cutright ramp.

What's going on with the flooding Is teh Army Corp not monitoring this. I fished it twice last year and have wanted to go back but with this flooding I do not know.

It's almost gone over the emergency spillway 2 or 3 times this year.  We had a tourny scheduled in april but had to move it because you couldn't get into cutright.
