  1. big and small nice rides all!
  2. dropshotting with a brick works pretty well.... until you have to set the hook ;D ;D ;D
  3. the liner on our old outdoor pool gave out a few years ago and I've been tryin to talk the wife into letting me make it into a bass pond. She wants me to fill it in for a garden ;D I'd make a bass pond, but I couldn't keep them from freezing over in the cold Indiana winter.
  4. I was thinkin the big one ate the lil one... ;D
  5. Any suggestions for Geist? I'm not a tourney guy anymore, but I do remember fishing on Giest with my former club a few years ago. I was a back-seater, so I'd have no clue now where to steer my lil tin can. I'd like to get out on a weekday sometime and have some decent places to start.
  6. dub dub dub dot lake-monroedotcom local board with lake level, forums, etc.
  7. I'd like to get to know the river up at Broad Ripple a little better. Caught a nice smallie up near the bridge. For first timers, you gotta watch for shallow water in spots. Don't know if anyone has a map of the area with shallow areas marked.
  8. Sounds like we need a tour of Eagle Creek with Pont. I've tried Eagle Creek for two days this week, without a single bite. Moved over to broad ripple yesterday after lunch and caught smallies on tubes. The tourny guys were puttin in as I was pullin out. Fished that once or twice back when my brother had his Nitro a few years ago.
  9. Haven't been fishin much over the last few years, kids and little league eatin up time. Just got a jon boat to get away from the banks. Best bass fishin around Indy is probably up at Geist. Supposed to be decent at Eagle Creek. Lake Monroe and Patoka are probably the best two lakes in the state.
  10. check your pm, sending you a DNR link I cant post until I reach ten msgs
