MA Sunday fishing

Featured Replies

I was wondering with all of this heavy rain we are getting in Mass, will the fishing be really slow tomorrow?

I definitely have the fishing bug right now and i want to get out as much as possible, but not if the fish will be inactive because of all this rain.  Please let me know your thoughts.

You just won't know, unless you go.  Trust your gut.

Yesterday was a tough bite for most but I just couldn't miss a fish.  Banner day.  Had I read the reports and done the math instead of following my gut, I would have missed out.

usually after a rainstorm the lakes shut down but the rivers get real active at least for me. Beautiful day out though, might as well go, even if the fishing is tough, wish i could go

You should have gone out Sat before the storm got here. I did at a little local place I go to and had a ok day. Caught 2 nice ones and lets 2 others, one really nice around 3-5lbs get away. Had I know the weather was going to hold off getting bad till so late I would have been at Whitehall reservoir as it is a good place to drop a line..
