From Audubon, take the White Horse Pike (Rte. 30) west towards Camden. Make a right on Cuthbert Road, heading towards Haddon Twp. When you pass Wendy's and McDonalds, make a left onto Lakeshore Drive. That's the beginning of Newton Lake. It snakes around for quite a distance, you'll end up in Collingswood.

Bass, crappie, perch, shad, carp, catfish, sunfish, they're all in there. Open water, lily pads, structure, bridges, it has it all. A majority of it can be bank fished, a boat will get you back into some sweet spots though.

The only thing I can't recall catching in there is pickeral, although I'm sure they're in there somewhere.

Try to avoid the weekends in the spring and summer. Local clubs use it for tournaments and the fishing pressure is high.

Plenty of parking the whole length.

Holmdel park   ..exit 114 off GSP ,for small bass, trout and sunnies, Very nice park ,decent fishing ,little overfished and redundant..

Turkey Swamp park in monmouth County, I tried to paste link here but got waffle blocked
