The Illinois House of Reps. passed a new bill that is actually good for outdoorsmen. We have had a "Hunter Harrassment" law in effect for some time, now our Legislators are attempting to extend it to prohibit harrassing fishermen. I am not claiming to have people intentionally attempting to prohibit me from catching fish (except my wife) but this is good news!

    how does that law work?

    It's the 'Rule Of Thumb' law. Anybody gives you crap for fishing, you get to beat them senseless with a stick, so long the stick diameter is not larger than your thumb.

    Ok, so I made it up. It would be cool, though...... :)
