We are headed for Kentucky Lake on Friday and I went online to buy a license. No problem for the Kentucky license but the Tn license they are going to mail at some point. My partner who is Mr organized ordered his 3 weeks ago but still hasn't received his hard copy. I ordered mine anyway knowing it would not come in time. Is our printed confirmations going to be enough should we be checked. Every other state that I have visited has you print your online license

    What part of the lake are you planning on fishing? A KY license will be all you need for about the northern 2/3's or the lake (To the hwy 79 bridge).

    Yep you can fish all the way down to Hwy 79 bridge at Paris Landing. If you want to go past that the conf. # and receipt should be goof enough info for them.
