Im problably going to Manasqaun reservoir, early saturday morning with my dad. Has anyone been there recently with the fall weather coming. Im going to try to find some baitfish and fish the standing timber with jig n a pig,cranks, or spinnerbait

My buddy whooped the smallies on the rock wall to the right of the ramp there last week in the morning.  Other than that, that place has me scratching my head.  

my pal hit a few fish there, largemouth i believe. your plan with the timber sounds good. if not, you could always count on shiner and a bobber.
