awesome! i'll be there saturday for the KVD seminar if i'm feeling better. i've been under the weather lately.  :-/

I will be there Thursday. I want to go Saturday as well but not sure if I wanna deal with the crowd...

Wouldn't mind going, but things have been tight with money these days.  Still might go though, haven't been to one of these in a long time.

It took me An hour and 45mins to get there from Pontiac, and to me the event sucked eggs.... But I did manage to spend $140, and got me a Abu vendetta rod for $54. Also stocked up on some of Waynes plastics.

I wished people would freaking learn how to drive in the snow...I mean COME ON people, driving 15mph down telegraph makes no sense, It causes more harm than good. The road wasn't even icy because of the salt trucks that were everywhere. sorry about the rant

I went thurs. also, but only took me 35 mins. from farm. hills. Seems every year the show gets a little smaller. The lynx was the best thing at the show. I was hoping to see Gostenik at 4pm, but couldn't find "stage b ". It's still nice to see Dan Gapen and capt. Steve Jones still manning their booths. In the 70's, i remember talking to Ron and Al Lindner, and seeing Jerry McKinnis (who wouldn't be bothered). There were some good deals on rods, but i wasn't in the market. Hope kvd can save the show for those attending over the weekend. It still beats a kick in the head......later
