so acouple buddies and I were thinking about doing a bass fishing trip this summer..we have looked into some lakes but we are not sure which one we want to go to..so give me some advise! what lake do you think is good for bass fishing in the northeast??

Are you thinking northern new england or something?  Like Maine, NH, VT?  A little more specifics and people may be able to a little better

I would suggest Lake Ontario or Lake Champlian, great bass fishing on both!!

If you want to head north, you can't beat Champlain for either species. If you're interested in CT., then by all means hit Candlewood.

yeah well we are from ct and only seniors in high school so nothing to far but vt nh ny anywhere really!

Champlain, St Lawrence (1000 Islands) Any of the bays off Lake Ontario, these have some great largemouth fishing, plus smallies. In CT, Twin Lakes and Highland offer some good fishing, as well as Candlewood (which someone mentioned) Bomoseen (spelling?) in VT. There's just too many to list in the Northest.
