Looking for some RI info

Featured Replies

I'm planning a July camping trip to Burlingame state Park in RI & would appreciate any info I can get on the fishing on Watchaug Pond. 8-)

Probably one of the most temperamental ponds in the state. lol

Some great fish and nice smallies lurk there.

Hook, take this with a grain of salt: I've never fished there but have a few friends who t-fish it annually. It's like Tin said, it's a trick or treat lake. I've seen pics of 4-5 lbers and heard reports of "I couldn't get my line in the water fast enough" and heard of guys getting skunked.

Hopefully you'll be one of those guys that "couldn't get your line in the water fast enough".

Good luck, man.
